Hi mama! I'm Brittany!
I started Modern Mom Alchemy because I wanted to create a company by moms, for moms, that understood moms. I felt like society and culture were always telling me what box I could or couldn’t fit in to… that by being a “working mom” you have to be “these things,” or by being a “crunchy mom” you can only be “these things."
I envisioned a world where moms are empowered to be EXACTLY the kind of woman and mom SHE wants to be. And then we give her the roadmap and tools to actually get there!

My eyes STILL water up every time I hear things like “I used to spend my evenings checking email… but now I get to put my babies to bed.”
And a mom who stays home with her kiddos saying “I have great skills for managing a home… but they just don’t seem to translate to the workforce,” … which was followed by a physician mom saying “Those are the exact skills I need help with!”
I tell anyone that will listen, that my forever goal is that Modern Mom Alchemy is really just "one big warm hug to the world of moms".

Behind Time Alchemy
I was tired of hearing “Outsource more!” without a playbook on how to actually do so. and I was tired of hearing “Meditate!” and “Go part time!” when that wouldn’t actually fix the problem of feeling like I was drowning. I am a sciency girly and I like a recipe - and this blueprint gave me an incredibly easy path to follow so I didn’t have to use mental energy to figure it out on my own.
Behind FVA Institute
The 1st FVA and I worked together for about a year, figuring out the nuances of how to work together in that capacity in both of our lives, and then I put it all together in one modular course so all organized women would have the ability to create flexible income from home. Because you don’t have to choose between flexibility for life, and side-gig income. You get to have both!
Behind The Grid
The concept of a Family Virtual Assistant was born from my experience of being a physician mom who needed support, but didn’t trust just anyone to help me; I needed someone with an organized “Mom-Brain” like mine. I then saw my friends who were SUPER organized, “Type A,” and running their households like a boss!... in need of a little extra money. And I wondered - why couldn’t we create an amazing partnership supporting one another?
